Our Mission
With our motto ‘Demolition with a Difference’ we strive to always provide the best customer service and quality to our clients. Our growth has been consistent and measured. Our focus is and has always been on quality, project delivery, reliability and character – all of which we are well known. Recycling and salvaging is an especially important aspect in our company. We aim to recycle at least 85% of each demolition! Logan City Demolitions take pride in our knowledge of the current Workplace, Health & Safety Management methods specific to the demolition and asbestos industry with all of the necessary licences and insurances involved.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL GUARANTEE
Logan City Demolitions is committed to preserving and protecting Australia’s native flora and fauna. We work closely with local council officials and wildlife management services to ensure we are protecting our native flora and fauna with every project we undertake, continuously making improvements to be more environmentally friendly and to protect our planet.
Salvaging and recycling is a very important aspect in our industry. LCD is dedicated to recycling and salvaging, with our current recycle rate between 80 90%, our passion is to one day make this higher! We currently crush and recycle our own concrete, brick and tiles. With our motto “Demolition with a Difference”, we believe the future of demolition is “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”, giving our clients the satisfaction of an environmentally focused demolition.
